Successes:

  • two of my good friends married each other today
  • spent a good 8 hours in heels, including dancing for 3
  • tricked the DJ into playing “Never Gonna Give You Up”

Of note: I post this on the eve of picking up my bridesmaid gown tomorrow; it is black and dark green and laces up the back and very long (I am short). Can you see where I’m going with this? Aye caramba.
