Wow. After living there for over 12 years, I’m shocked at how progressive this is. Finally! I just hope they follow through, because Kenosha public transit truly sucks, and this is an awesome solution.

According to News.com, the practice attracted media attention in March when a group of students from Mustang High School in Oklahoma were caught in a dark room “wasted on monotonous, layered sounds.”

IN A REFUGE. This is disgusting.  I’m generally accepting of eastern medicine; my aunt practices acupuncture, I’ve received countless treatments over the years, she introduced my mom to Chinese herbs, etc. But shouldn’t a line be drawn somewhere? We have modern medicine… Tradition or not, a critically endangered species should not be poached and killed for “medicinal purposes.”

So, this happened at my twin cousins’ school. How terrifying and fucked up. I just don’t understand how these things continue to happen.

In other news, couldn’t find this info on cnn.com, but I did find out that Starbucks changed their logo! Thanks for covering the important stuff, CNN!
